earlier on when the show started, i listened it online. i've been thinking to bake something tonight.. so i moved to the kitchen and here i am in the kitchen with my laptop.

my laptop speaker is crap so i turned on the kitchen radio. surprisingly the kitchen radio was like 5-7 mins advance than the online radio! tsk! for a moment i thought my kitchen radio is bullshit. Is online radio always like this like very late on buffering the radio wave??

I am actually tryna make a Molten Lava Chocolate Cake aka Ultimate Chocolate(refering to CheezBox). This is my 1st attempt. I saw the video earlier on and i just think it's pretty an easy preparation and stuffs.
I am refering on 2 videos; link1, link2.
Link 1 is pretty simple cause she's mixing everything in one pot. but she's using choc bar for the souffle which i don't have it.
Link 2 is not as simple as link1 though. But it's pretty organized by means step by step and she's using choc chips which i do have.
I'm going to mix up bits & pieces from both videos.
and my serving is only for 3.

Yeah.. the outcome product isn't really satisfying. the souffle isn't really flowing lava. i think it's overcooked. it should be bit humid(is that even the proper word??) Anyway..it's okay lah. it's just my 1st attempt anyway.. just hope i can do better next time. and as usual.. i did not finish the cake my self. I gave one for my mother, another one supposed for me but i only ate like pinch of it and the other piece is for.. idk whoever wants it. HAHA. my brother isn't home. He's sleeping over at friend's.

oo! I also made fondant today. Marshmallow fondant. 1st attempt as well! It was just a trial. so i did not really design anything with it. cause i only made a pinch small amount of it. so when it's shaped up as soft fondant.. I'm happy already and it no longer needed.

next attempt red velvet cupcake. insya allah. This weekend I might just gonna bake boxes of complete cupcakes with fondant or frosting on top, for a family gathering which is soon. im sure the kids gonna like em. =D

oh.. the NJ show has over like hours ago! haha. i forgot to update it. ma bad. hehe. Good to hear him on air tonight ;) Oh girls!!! He's attached btw..so hand off! haha. I'm just his groupie anyway...i know how ya feel. HAHAHA. too much!
